The Feds arrest the illegal dealers (blackmarket and car), as well as the other criminals involved with the shipments, using the help of the Freeways. The shipments are shut off.

The dealers escape, the Freeways kill off the Rollerz, and take over their businesses. They get a shipment of cars, which they sell for $5,000 each. There are 30, so they make $30,000.
