History:Awaiting the days of his fathers return he spent most of them robbing and killing people, but one day, he receives a call from someone in Vice City.He tells Jay that his father is dead. He says he was mercifully killed by a gang in vice city called Vice Cartel Kings. Now he moved out to Los Venturas and hopes to make enough money to start his own casino to make enough money to move to Vice City.
