At the age of 18, he stole a lot of Heroine and other drugs from Marcus Oxendine, and thus started his empire. Now 21, he is the richest and most powerful Crime Lord, Drug Baron and Pimp in Vice City. He is also a Mafia Don. He has a large empire in San Andreas, and he and Don Joey Trapani, an extremely powerful and rich Drug Baron and Crime Lord in SA, are business partners. He owns a Drug Plantation in Cuba, other businesses in Cuba, as well as assets and property in VC and SA. He is considering purchasing Saint Mark's Bistro in Liberty City.
