Personality - SJ is a very hardheaded individual, he doesn't listen to any advice that anybody has to give him and commonly makes more enemies than he does friends. SJ has a knack to cause trouble and is somewhat of a natural leader when he wishes to be. SJ also has a big mouth and doesn't take crap from anybody and will quickly blow things out of proportion. Despite his angry and thuggish persona, SJ is a very intelligent young man but has decided to take to the streets instead.
History - SJ's roots of course weren't in Los Santos where he currently resides but he was born and raised in the projects of Seattle, Washington he promptly began his life in the streets. He was raised by his grandmother, his mother having dumped him on her and his father having died before his birth. SJ's grandmother was old and practically senile and left the young African American boy to raise himself. Hanging around the projects SJ witnessed the uprising of many gangs, the older guys often rode by in flashy cars throwing up gang signs and flashing bandannas. SJ noticed that these guys had everything money, cars, clothes, women, and it looked as if they barely had to work to get all of it. SJ watched till he was about the age of fourteen and he began to sell drugs for the gangbangers in the projects; at the age of fifteen SJ received his first criminal charge, police officers were patrolling through the projects in which SJ lived and caught him right in the middle in the transaction of some crack cocaine drugs. SJ was arrested and charged as a minor and let off easy since it was his first criminal offense but things just got worse from there...very worse.
At the age of seventeen SJ was shot at for the very first time in his life, while doing work for a drug dealer named J.P( also known by his other nickname "Just Play" on the streets) he was intercepted by members of a gang that ran the projects known as the "Westside Warriors" who had unfinished business with J.P. The Warriors had been watching SJ for quite sometime and thanks to some snitches they had acquired information that he had been working for J.P, their sworn enemy. A gang member known simply as 'High Dash' drew his pistol and began to open fire on SJ, luckily for SJ upon seeing the pistol he turned and ran from the gang members and was grazed in the leg.
After the shooting incident, SJ's old and senile grandmother became very concerned about the safety or her grandson (for the first time in his young life.) and decided to send him away to live with his uncle across town away from the projects, however little did she know SJ's uncle: Daymond Jones or "Diamond Daymond" was a street thug himself and from the influence of his uncle SJ found himself thugging once more. On SJ's eighteenth birthday, the young man was part of a great crime that shook the whole area of Seattle in which SJ lived. SJ, Diamond Daymond, and a group of four other thugs tricked a group of gangbangers that owned them money in an abandoned building and SJ watched as Diamond and the other thugs murdered the gangsters. The police found the dead bodies of the deceased gangsters later on that day and began to immediately search for Diamond Daymond who fled the city...without SJ. The police kicked in the door to SJ's home and found the young adult sleeping in his bed; SJ was taking in with handcuffs and was sentenced to ten-years in prison.
SJ has recently been released from prison and back on the streets of the hoods of Seattle he came to find out that the gangbangers his uncle killed were members of the Westside Warriors gang that had tried to kill SJ before. The Warriors were now interested in murdering SJ even more than before and tried numerous of times to assassinate SJ. The warriors attempted everything from sending hitman, drive bys on SJ's house, and even firebombing SJ's living room. SJ eventually decided that he could not stay in Seattle and traveled south to San Andreas and towards Los Santos where he decided he would have to start all over again. SJ also found out that his no good and dirty uncle Diamond Daymond had fled to San Andreas as well and had been hiding out all along, SJ now wants to find his uncle and 'reason' with him.
