Luis Cicero is all about the women,and often preys on the mourning wives of the dead men he takes care of in the funeral home. he often plays on their emotions and then leaves them wishing they had never met him. History -
Luis was born and raised on the streets of Los Santos, where he in turn got into a lot of trouble. Being in an out of juvenile detention centers since he was twelve, Luis never stopped going against authority. When he was 15 he was arrested for assault on a police officer who referred to him as a "spic". After this Luis was on probation for quite some time.
Upon getting off probation Luis began to notice the upshoot of gangs within Los Santos and became very intrigued. He liked the lifestyle, the meaning, and of course- the luxury. This is what made Luis pursue life as a Gangbanger.
