History -Born and raised in Ganton, Los Santos, Kelvin" Kane" Dixon has known trouble since the begining. Since the age of 6, Kelvin was introduced to the street life of Los Santos, born into a family of drug dealers and users. Both his parents were killed in a bad drug deal leaving young Kelvin in the care of his grandmother. Due to poor living conditions and his grandmothers rapid aging, It was up to Kelvin to maintain the household, and take care of his grandmother to the best of his abilities, so there was no other choice for this youngster but to hit the streets head first. At the age of 13, Kelvin was well known for his cutthroat and devious tactics, earning him the nickname of "Kane". Jackings, Killings, etc. was his motto, though not a gang member, he is heavily affiliated with the Grove St family, often used as a hitman. As the years passed, Young Kelvin grew older and wiser within the streets of Los Santos and is now ready to take his name beyond his city.

History – There is little known about Shelton Tate’s past besides the fact that he was a project baby. He was born in the infamous Ganton projects with hundreds of others and it wasn’t long before he took to the life of a gangster. With no mother or father in his life to guide him in a positive direction, he was taken under by the streets, taught by pushers and users on how to survive. Shelton met Kane when he was 6 yrs. old and was taken under the wing of the troubled youth. Looking to Kane as his older brother, he devoted his loyalty to the man and it wasn’t long before the Shelton himself became employed by Kane, running drugs throughout the neighborhoods and preforming minor task that needed to be completed. Years have passed and Kane’s small business had grown into a full blown operation with the founding of LSO and Shelton aka ‘Sham’ was the first recruit into the folds. Now a personal street enforcer for Kane, Sham runs the streets of Los Santos, terrorizing anyone who opposes the name LSO.
