It's owned by the Forelli family, and they're on good terms with the OGS. They can still hang out there, but we can own it, make some good money in LC, and get some work from the Forelli family.

Axel: Joey, I got an idea. The Sindacco family seem to be the weakest family, so I could try and work for them, to obtain information, which I will then pass on to you, and we can sabotage them. However, we'd need to wait for a while first, wait until business is really good, and until we've got enough power, weapons and members.
