Don Yassen Sarov is in the Jefferson Motel, in his Presidental Motel Suite. His head Capo, Gavriil, is sitting next to him. The rest of his Capos are at the end.
Yassen: My men, thanks to Axel, I was able to re-create the Sarov Family. Now, we have strong alliances with Hell Shooters, OG Syndicate and the Trapani Crime Family. And these three are all connected to each other. With their help, we can dominate San Andreas.
Gavriil: Yes Boss, but what about our 'Sindacco Family' problem?
Yassen: Ah yes, about that. It appears that Don Joey Trapani is in conflict with Paulie Sindacco. This means that the two gangs have some sort of feud, and it would be best to leave it alone.

Yassen: Okay. I can get us some good quality Army guns from Fort Carson. We'll use them on the Sindacco Family. I GOT IT! We got some Satchel Charges in Fort Carson, and tomorrow there will be a meeting between them and the Ballas at Caligula's. All the Sindacco's in San Andreas will be there. I sneak in with a Dealer Uniform, hold up the Sindacco's, sneak you guys in, we plant the Satchels all around Caligula's, then detonate them all. They'll be so weak, Paulie won't stand a chance.

Yassen: Listen Joey, me and Paulie have some unsettled business too. His family killed my grandfather, and the original Sarov Family. If you want to kill him, then so do I. Which means we'll do it together. We'll both be settling it, and it's two versus one. Anyways, you got that Army tank from Axel, let's say we put it to good use, eh? If we use the tank, we can ram Caligula's Palace, and take them all out. Anyways, we need to act quick. I got my Patriot outside, and some Army Patriots with some Army weapons will be leaving Fort Carson in ten minutes. I'll be waiting in my Patriot if you decide to come along Joey.
The Sarov Family, all of them except for Yassen have driven off, and Yassen waits in his Patriot, in case Joey wants to come with him.

Yassen: Yeah. The Sindacco Family also stole $9,000,000 dollars in Russia from the bank we owned in Prussia City in Moscow. We vow to make them pay.
Yassen is holding an AK-47, and checks that it is not jammed. He then puts the Patriot in 'drive', and drives to The Strip, Los Venturas. He then meets up with the Triad Underboss, Shen Gong Wu.
Shen: Here is your Casino Outfit Yassen.
Yassen: Thanks. Joey, this is Shen Gong Wu, the Triad Underboss. As well as being a Triad member, he's also a car dealer and repairer. He runs 'Xiaolin's Cars', which is a large Car business in San Fierro. It serves as a Pay 'N' Spray, a Transfender, as well as a dealer of used Cars. However, he only buys the rare and high quality cars. Anyways, thanks Shen.
Shen Gong Wu: No prob. Come visit us sometime.
Yassen: Sure. Bye.
Yassen goes back into the Patriot, and they drive to Caligula's palace, and he goes inside, and sneaks into the toilets, then gets changed into his Employee Uniform. He has the Satchel Charges on him, which are concealed. He then goes out, and encounters Paulie Sindacco.
Paulie: Hey, you, I never seen you here before.
Yassen: I'm new Sir.
Paulie: A new guy eh? Okay newbie, I got a simple task for you. Turn the generator on, I got a meeting to go back to. Okay?
Yassen: Whatever you say, Boss.
Yassen goes to the generator room, and turns it on, but places Satchel Charges on the generator. He then exits, and goes back into the main room. He goes into the employee toilets, and phones Joey.
Yassen: Hey Joey, Yassen here. I've placed some Satchels in the generator room.

The Sindacco Family and the Ballas run outside, and attack the Trapani Crime Family and the Sarov Family. However, the OG Syndicate also arrive, and there is a gang war. Yassen sneaks into all the Casino rooms, and plants Satchel Charges on them. He goes into a room, and finds a Parachute. He goes to the rooftop, parachutes off, and activates the detenators. Caligula's Palace blows up, and the Casino falls, and crushes the Sindacco Family and the Ballas. Hardly anyone survives. Only OG Kingpin, a Balla crack head, and Paulie Sindacco are alive, but both are badly wounded.

Yassen looked at OG Kingpin, who was holding a 9mm. Yassen was holding his AK-47.
Yassen: OG Kingpin, your day has come.
OG Kingpin: Fuck you Sarov.
Yassen: Ah yes, I can see that you're scared. After all, you are just a coward. Big and tough when you are protected, but weak and helpless when friendless.
OG Kingpin: You didn't like my Crack empire.
Yassen: No. You killed my godfather, but I won't kill you. You're not worth it.
Yassen walks away, Kingpin reloads his 9mm. Yassen hears, then quickly spins around, and fires his AK47 at OG Kingpin. A spray of bullets hurtle full speed at him, and he cannot dodge or retaliate. One bullet hits his leg, five hit his head, and three hit his torso. He is now dead. Yassen hears some sirens, and so he and Joey get into his Patriot, and the Trapani Crime Family and the Sarov Family also escape. Yassen drives to his room in the Jefferson Motel, where they lay low for a while, then they come outside. Yassen drives the duo to the Trapani Mansion.

Axel is in his room in the Ocean View Hotel. He phones Joey.
Axel: Hey Joey, I got some great news. I heard about you and Yassen killing off the Sindacco Family in San Andreas. But here's some better news. The Forelli's believe that the Leone Family killed off the Sindacco Family, and they also believe they blew up Caligula's. The thing is, Caligula's Palace is their main source of income. So, since they lost it, they're going back to Liberty City. This means that the Mafia are leaving San Andreas, and we have complete power of San Andreas. Well.........nearly. Also, because of the death of OG Kingpin and loads of the Ballas, they got no men anymore. Now, the rest have no power, and want to work in your Marijuana Plantation.
