Ben calls a meeting between the West Coast Commission, which consists of the Leone, Trapani, Forelli and Costello Crime Families. The Dons are all there, along with their Underbosses, Capos, Consiglieres, Contabiles and a few of their Capo's crew soldiers.
Ben- Okay, this meeting will start. As you all know, we have ruled the majority of San Andreas, Florida, Liberty City, Cuba, Carcer, and a minor part of Italy for many years. But now the gangs are growing in strength, and they may try their luck against us. What I propose we do is get Associates of our families to run street gangs in Los Santos and the other gangbang areas for us, make sure everything is under control, to keep us informed, but also to help us get stronger as well. I have already got a man working for us, Tony Montana. I can soon have another for us, Mikey Diego. He has paid off his debts and is successfully running the Diego Crime Family. Hopefully we can govern Los Santos, and since we are already there, we can keep San Fierro under firm control. Our families will rule with iron fists, but we should try and use our Associates as our muscle. Since we have a lot, we can use them to our advantage. If they want to get to us, they go through them first. They can also help guard and look after our businesses and rackets for us, as well as our other illegal activities. With my plan, we can keep our position in the underworld without going too far out of line.
