Personality - Pretty level headed and quiet at times. Doesn't really get into other people's business. Won't usually attack first but is very fierce in a fight. Business minded and great w/ money.
History - Originally from the Southern US. Sam "BrimLow" Fisher has had many experiences w/ gangs. An avid member of his gang, he was always ready to fight for his gang's respect and turf. This got him into major trouble w/ the police and rival gangs. One night while at a gang meeting, he was named to be next in line to manage his gang. This caused major jealousy which ensued violence w/in the gang itself. Subsequently, he was told to leave his home town and never return by his gang boss.

Now that Sam is in San Andreas he is trying his best to live the "straight and narrow life" but he is finding it very hard.

It's basically like drama.

Sam goes to his house. He sees some Ballas. He kills them. Someone meets him, awarding him with $12,000. Sam takes the money and leaves.

Character History Update

After working as a janitor at a local Cluckin Bell for a short time Sam could not resist the call of the gang lifestyle. One day after work he went to look for a local gangs leader. He meets the leader who speaks of giving him a spot in the gang. However, the leader double crosses him and nearly kills him. Sam is about to be slaughtered when Don Ben Costello and a few of his boys barge in, killing everyone but Sam. Sam helps the Don get away and is rewarded for his effort. Sam and the Don talk and Sam winds up getting control of a small gang subsidiary to the Don's organized Crime Syndicate. Sam take the idea and founds the Seville Blvd Brims.

The Brims have difficulty getting off the ground but once they do they take off like a rocket. Befriending another Seville Blvd based gang, the Kings, the Brims are soon a force to be reckoned with although they were still one of the smallest gangs in Los Santos. Officially forming the Long Live Seville Alliance with the Kings, Sam supports the Kings in their endeavor to exterminate the Varrios Los Aztecas, taking a small piece of territory for the Brims in the process. This set of the Brims becomes known as the South Border Brims. As time wears on, tension between the Rollin Heights Ballas and the Seville Blvd Brims boil over and spill into total war.

Sam leads the Brims into battle against the Rollin Heights Ballas despite the huge size difference between them. The size difference was slightly closed as the Brims found help in the Kings. Together the LLS Alliance emerges victorious but the course of battle leads Sam to expand his gang again. Sam founds the Snowflake Brims on Santa Marina Beach which he uses to strike the final blow in the Rollin Height-LLS war.

After the war is over there are three established set of Brims. Seville Blvd, South Border, and Snowflake; all of which memberships skyrocket after the win against the Ballas. Sam experiences a time of tranquility until his partner in the LLS Alliance grows wary of Sam's boss, Don Costello. Sam plays mediator between the two but ultimately ends up pulling the Brims out of the partnership with the Costello Crime Family. Things settle down once again.

Sam decides to expand yet again making four total sets of the Brims. Seville Blvd, South Border, Snowflake, and the newly formed Chicano Brims. There is a small scuffle with a new gang named the Los Santos Bangers that leads to the Chicano Brims becoming a reality but LSB dies out and is further wiped out by the Kings. Sam however sets his eyes on another up and coming gang as they encroach on his turf slightly. The Get Money Mafia grows quickly but quickly expands to the be a gang that has more turf out of Los Santos so Sam figures he has nothing to worry about.

Sam's next order of business is dealing a decisive blow to the Vagos. This act of aggression is just to totally solidify the Brims place in the LSPD most dangerous gang rankings. Sam sees the by taking on the biggest gang in the city the Brims will find a place in the history books and make sure their longevity is preserved.

Sam left Los Santos on a business trip where he was imprisoned for 13 years. Now 32, the founder of the Brims returns to Playa Del Seville to find that his gang has been decimated by war greed and lack of leadership. He sits in his home thinking of how he can pull things together and bring the Brims back to power in Los Santos.
