Then meet our contact 90 miles off the coast of southern Los Santos. His name is Tito Martinez. He goes way back with us. He'll be waiting for you on his private yacht. Give him the money, he'll give you the stuff, then you both go your separate ways.
Santana then pulls out a large duffel bag filled with $700,000,000 & tosses it to Andrez:
Santana: Give him this. Then bring the stuff out to our drug factory in Whetstone. Do this, and you'll definitely get promoted to being my top lieutenant. You'll get to run your own drug crew of low-ranked GMM soldiers under you.

LSB: A tape of the GMM painting us.
Mikey hands the tape to Santana and he puts in the VCR. The tape shows Andrez spraying the wall.
