Tony, just before he was nearing the restaurant got a call from his driver, Primo.

Primo: Tony, Tony! Quick, man! He's getting up from his seat!

Tony: Well, make him sit again! Distract him!

Primo: I'm doing my best, Tony!

Tony hits the accelerator harder and reaches the location soon. He pulls the handbrake and does a drifting turn right into the parking lot. Tony parks the car in the exact location and gets out of it. Tony enters the restaurant along with Primo and they take a seat at the very corner of the restaurant from where they get a clear view of the explosion.

Ben's Underboss, Frank Borsellino enters the Restaurant, and sits down next to Tony. He hands him $20,000 in a briefcase.

Frank- I was wondering, I wanted to know if you were interested in setting up a Drug Cartel for the Costello Crime Family in Los Santos. You can use the money to set up an organised crime syndicate, and you can be the boss of it. You can make some good money. As we are the Mafia, we stick to our turf, but that doesn't mean we can't send someone down to Los Santos to do the work for us. You can gain a lot of turf, power and respect Tony in Los Santos.
