The LSB's get out their cars, armed with M4's. They enter the Jefferson Motel and shoot all the Ballas on the ground floor. They clear each room, shooting everyone in each. They proceed to the first floor and Ballas are waiting, armed. The Ballas fire as the LSB's reach the top of the stairs. Three LSB's are immediately shot dead. Mikey takes cover and throws a Moltov. It explodes and burns the Ballas to a crisp. The LSBs proceed to the stairs. They shoot the Ballas coming down it. The men go up and repeat the same procedure as they did on the ground floor.
This was the Ballas last line of defence, so they have been wiped from East Los Santos. The LSBs celebrate by burning the dead bodies of Ballas.
