Trey collects $400,000 from the business.
A 18-year-old black man walks into Bassivity and approaches the clerk.
Ice Joint: Hello, I would like to speak to manager of Bassivity Music, please. I would like to speak about business. I'm a rapper, I performed in clubs, and also released couple of videos on the Internet. Your boss must have seen me.[/b]
The clerk phones Trey, and he lets Ice Joint in the office. Trey was eating a sandwich.
Trey: Listen, I ain't into business as my sis is...but you want a contract? I dunno, you see, I gotta hear you man. Why don't ya proceed into one of the booths, homie? Rhyme something, your song, freestyle, anything. I know a lot about rap, I'll judge you.
Ice Joint rapped one of his songs, and after 4 minutes he walked out of the booth.
Ice Joint: So, what do you think?
Trey: Lyrics are good, flow is good, delivery is good, good amount of lines, and all of that shit. You're ok.
30 minutes later, Ice Joint signed the contract with Bassivity Music.
