Don Vincent Primo's private plane arrives at the landing strip at approximately 3:45 pm. He exits his flight, and walks to the black limo waiting for him. Inside is Don Mario Forelli smoking a cigar. Don Forelli smiles at Don Primo. Don Primo enters the limo and lights a cigars his men put his luggage in the trunk. They start driving off:
Primo: Don Forelli, it's been to long.
Forelli: Don Primo, how was your vacation in the Dominican Republic?
Primo: Relaxing, to say the least. That's what I wanted to talk to you about. I understand you have a son-in-law that owns his own harbor out in San Fierro.
Forelli: Yes?
Primo: Can he drive a speedboat?
Forelli: Of course.
Primo: I may need him to help my men smuggle some new product in from the Dominican Republic.
Forelli: What product?
Primo: It goes by the name of, JAYROMA. It appears Don Costello has been distributing & supplying this drug out in LS, without the consent of the West Coast Commission.
Forelli: I see... and you want to smuggle in pounds of this? How much is it worth?
Primo: I believe the future of La Cosa Nostra lies within this new drug. It goes for $25 per gram out in San Fierro. I have a connection from the Dominican Republic with an old friend that grows the drug on his own farm. I can bring in pounds of this. We'll all become billionaires.
Forelli: But San Fierro is becoming the drug territory for that new street gang/cartel, Los Carnales. We can't sell it out there, or we're risking a war.
Primo: Fuck them. I've already talked to Don Leone, he thinks I should do it. I'll give each, the Forellis and the Leones, over 500 pounds every two weeks. All I need is for you to give you son-in-law a call for me.
Forelli: Don Primo, I have a good feeling about this new operation. Expect a call from me soon.
Primo: Thank you Don Forelli, you won't regret this.
The limo then drops Don Primo off at his Mansion in Los Santos.
