Rhyno & Carlito pull up to the front of the mansion, in a white & green lowrider. They both get out and go inside. They're stopped by some guards:
Guard#1: What business do you have here? Rhyno: We have a meeting with Mr. Gambetti. Guard#2: Yeah well, Jackie's a busy man. Maybe you two should come back later. Carlito: Do you have any idea who this man is? Get your fuckin boss.
Oneof the guards grips his pistol tightly as the other one goes and gets Jackie:
Rhyno: You must be Mr. Gambetti. Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Rhyno Rodriguez.

Jackie shakes Rhyno's hand:
Jackie: It's an honor to finally meet you Mr. Rodriguez. Come upstairs with me. Leave your men down here.
Jackie walks upstairs to his private office.

Rhyno: Carlito, stay here.
Rhyno then follows Jackie up to his office as Carlito stays in the living room. He enters and sits down as Jackie sits at his desk. He lights a cigar:
Rhyno: I have a proposition for you, Mr. Gambetti. As you know, my gang controls the San Fierro Drug Trade, so if your family wants any action in this city, you'll need my okay. Are we understood?

Jackie laughs:
Jackie: Look kid, I've been in this business for over 42 years. I've seen shit back in Liberty City, that you've only dreamed of seeing. I've made moves. You may think that just cause I'm an old man I'm a pushover, but I'm not. My family doesn't need, & doesn't want your gang's permission. We're gonna have our corners to sell our product, your guys will have theirs. I don't need any action in the San Fierro Drug Trade, I'm already working on a new connection out in Vice City.
Jackie gets up & smiles at Rhyno as two of his armed guards come in:
Jackie: Now, get the fuck outta my house.

Rhyno simply smiles:
Rhyno: No problemo amigo, I don't need your fuckin family anyways. If I really wanted to, I'd bash your old brains out with my fists right now...
Rhyno then gives Jackie a bloodthirsty look, as Jackie backs up:
Rhyno: Just make sure your soldiers stay on their street corners, & I'll make sure my soldiers stay on theirs.
He sticks the middle finger up at Jackie. Rhyno then leaves San Fierro with Carlito, as they head back to Los Santos.

A black limousine pulls up to the front of the mansion. A guard steps out of the vehicle and opens the car door. Vincent Primo steps out of the limousine and takes a good look at the place. He then turns to the guard:
Vincent: Keep the car running. I'll be back soon.
He then makes his way to the front door of the mansion as a Gambetti soldier stops him:
Soldier: Who are you? Vincent: My name is Vincent Primo. I'm here on official family business to discuss an important matter with Mr. Gambetti. Soldier: Oh, uh... sorry about that Don Primo. I didn't recognize you. I'll tell him you're here.
The soldier rushes inside. A few minutes later, he comes back outside and searches Vincent. He doesn't find anything:
Soldier: Mr. Gambetti will see you now. He's up in his office. Vincent: Thanks kid. Buy yourself something nice.
Vincent then pulls out a wad of hundred dollar bills and tosses it at the soldier as he makes his way inside. He's escorted by two more soldiers upstairs. He enters Jackie Gambetti's office and finds him sitting at his desk:
Vincent: Mr. Gambetti, I presume.

Jackie smiles as he stands up and walks over to shake Vincent's hand:
Jackie: It's an honor, Don Primo. Please take a seat.
Jackie goes back to his desk and sits down. He lights a cigar:
Jackie: Can I interest you in a cigar? Or perhaps some aged vino?

Vincent: No thank you, maybe some other time. I'd like to get right down to business if you don't mind.
Vincent takes a seat:
Vincent: I hear your family is starting to move a lot of product in from Vice City. You've even managed to cut out the local Triads as middle men. I respect you and your family, but you need to know that me and my associates hold a great deal of influence here in San Fierro. Now I don't know how the Gambettis do business out in Liberty, but out here, we like things to be simple & organized. These last few years have been peaceful & quiet without a single war and I don't want this to end any time soon. Capiche?

Jackie straightens up in his chair as he lights a cigar:
Jackie: Understood, Don Primo. I can assure you, my family has no intention of starting a war here on the west coast. Our Vice City connection is gonna' give us a piece of the city's drug-trade without the GMM's permission. All the Gambettis want to do is make a small profit out here. Nothing more. We have nothing but respect for you and your family as well.

Vincent: Excellent. The West Coast Commission will be glad to hear that. Should your family ever run into trouble, give my men a call at this number.
Vincent then gets out of his chair and leaves a business card with a number on Jackie's desk:
Vincent: It was a pleasure meeting you, Mr. Gambetti.

Several months later, Jackie recieves the news of Don Vincent Primo's unfortunate murder. He is deeply sad over this business/friend loss. Jackie donates over $400,000 to his funeral in Sicily. Though Don Primo is dead, the Gambetti & Primo families still continue to conduct business with one another.

Don Nicky Primo pulls up to the compound with five cars of soldiers & associates behind him. As his driver, Perry, opens the door for him, Nicky lights a cigarette. He gets out of the car and makes his way to the front entrance. A Gambetti soldier stops him.
Soldier: Can I help you, sir? Nicky: ...No you can't. I'm Nicky Wise. Perhaps I can help you though.
Nicky then slips a hundred dollar bill into the soldiers breast pocket.
Nicky: Tell Jackie Gambetti that Don Primo is here. Soldier: Ss... sorry Don Primo. I'll notify Jackie right away.
The soldier quickly runs upstairs and then comes back a few minutes later.
Soldier: Mr. Gambetti will see you now, Don Primo. Nicky: Thanks kid.
Nicky tells his men to have a drink over at one of the mini bars as he makes his way upstairs. He enters Jackie Gambetti's office. He sees Jackie sitting at his desk, sipping a glass of Sicily's finest vino. Nicky walks over to him with open arms.
Nicky: Well if it isn't Liberty City's Jackie Walnuts in the fuckin' flesh. What's a wop like you doing in San Fierro?
