Benjamin walks up to a nearby payphone and calls his old friend from out in Puerto Rico, Marco Fuentes:
Marco: Hello? Benjamin: Marco? It's Benny. Como esta mi hermano? Marco: Benny?.. Que te pasa amigo!? When did you get out? Benjamin: A few months ago. It turns out being legit isn't all it's cracked up to be. What about you? Marco: Let's just say I've got my own lil "distribution company" down here on the island. I’m backed by the San Juan Cartel. Benjamin: Yeah, I heard 'bout that. Good for you. Anyways, I'm calling you on some serious business. I need someone from out-of-town to supply me and my new crew in Los Santos. Someone I can trust. Most of these putos out here don't know how to do good business anymore. I already have the cash standing by. What do you say?
Marco Laughs:
Marco: After what you've done for me, how can I say no? You're the reason I'm big-time now. I’ll put in a word with the cartel. Benjamin: Great. I just bought myself a cheap seaplane. It ain't much, but I can meet you somewhere off the coast to make the exchange. Marco: Okay Benny. I'll call you later with info on the meeting location. It's good to hear from you. Benjamin: Okay papa, see you soon in Puerto Rico.
Benjamin then hangs up.

A couple weeks later, Marco calls Benny back on his cellphone:
Benny: Hello? Marco: Yeah Benny, I've secured that deal with the San Juan Cartel. They say they're willing to meet you 30 miles off the Ocean Docks on the southside of Los Santos. Benny: Bueno. Gracia mi hermano. I won't forget this. Marco: De nada amigo. Be there at 12:00 this Friday. Benny: Aight Marco. Thanks again.
Benny then hangs up and calls Caesar:
Caesar: Yeah? Benny: What's up C'. Caesar: Hey boss. What do you need? Benny: Organize some of our boys to go to a meeting this Friday. It's gonna' be 30 miles off the Ocean Docks at midnight. Caesar: You got it Benny.
Benny then hangs up his cellphone.
