One of the contacts of a Lamar's contact, Quentin Black, a powerful and wealthy drug lord operating in Mexico, was interested to purchase 10 kilograms of cocaine from Los Santos Cartel, to begin a business relationship with the organization. The leader of the cocaine dealing faction of the cartel, Craig Dillard, prepared 10 kilograms of pure and uncut grade-A cocaine, to sell it to Black for $200,000. The meeting place was decided to be a secluded place in the island part of Ocean Docks district. Craig and Lamar sat in a black Cheetah, chosen if something goes wrong, with another two cars accompanying them to the deal. As they were reaching the place, they spotted a helicopter landing on it and concluded that Black was inside. They reached the spot and parked their car, then walked out of it. A table and two chairs were there, and Black and Craig sat each on a head of the table. Quentin did not know about the men accompanying Craig and Lamar. They were hiding, armed with powerful good quality weapons from Craig's gun factory.
Black: Got it?
Lamar put the briefcase with the drugs on the table, turned the handle to Quentin, and pushed it to slide to him. Quentin opened the briefcase, looked at the coke, and then turned it to his bodyguard.
Black: Check it.
The bodyguard put some cocaine on his little finger and tasted it. He then nodded at Black.
Craig: What about the money?
Black snapped and the bodyguard put the briefcase from the floor to the table. Then he slid it to Craig. Craig opened it and looked at the money. Lamar took a bundle of money and confirmed that they were real.
Craig: Well, man, I think we have a deal.
Then they parted ways, with Quentin taking the drugs and the LSC representatives taking $200,000.
