Gang History: LSO is a newly founded organization that was put together Kelvin Dixon AKA “Kane”. The projects where he was raised was overrun by multiple gangs as the year’s passed, bringing nothing more than unnecessary attention to the area as well as senseless murders. As a gift from the GSF O.G. for his dedication to keeping Ganton’s hoods feared, He was graced with chuck of the real-estate to get himself established.
