Axel goes into the Casino. A Dealer goes up to him.
Axel: Where ure boss fool?
Dealer: Why do you want to know?
Axel: I have a Proposal for him.
The Dealer leads Axel Ferraro into the Owner's room.
Mr Swing: Yes, how can I help you?
Axel: I want to buy this place fo' 75g homie!
Mr Swing: Okay Sir. That amount of money is sufficient for the purchase of this fine establishment.
Axel gives Mr Swing $75,000, meaning he has $25,100 left.
Mr Swing: You are now the Owner of this Casino, plus with your Casino Hotel you have a private Manager Suite, complete with a Plasma TV, Shower, Bed, et cetera. You also make $10,000 a day. And, as an extra benefit, you have a private Garage, which can store up to 2 cars. There is also a Black Admiral in it.
Axel goes into his room, which is room 1000, and showers, and puts on a Valet uniform.
He phones his adopted father, Claude, and tells him all the good news, including about all the Cocaine and Heroine stolen.

Axel is managing the Casino, and picks up the $100,000 income. He phones a contact, asking for the phone number of Joey Forelli, Don of the Forelli Mafia Family.
Joey: Hello?
Axel: Hey man. My name's Axel. I'm a Casino Owner, the Owner of Los Venturas, and I am here to help you with your drug trafficking. I have a drug dealing Syndicate gang back in Ganton, the OG Syndicate, and we are good drug suppliers.
Joey: Good, good. Well, would you be able to also help us with our Police problem?
Axel: Sure, I'll get a couple of my guys to take them out for you.
Joey: Okay, I am faxing a map to your mainframe computer, pinpointing the locations of the Police Roadblocks. We just need you to destroy them for us, in order for us to transport our drugs. We will give you an RPG-7, just meet Uncle Sam at Mulholland Intersection, just under the bridge. 'Kay?
Axel: Fo' sure.
Axel takes his brand new '95 Admiral to Mulholland Intersection, and waits under the bridge. He sees a dark green Patriot drive to hm. A man in a Combat Jacket and Camo Trousers comes out.
Uncle Sam: I'm Uncle Sam. Here's ya firearm.
The man gives Axel a brand new and fully RPG-7 Rocket Launcher. He puts it in the trunk of the Admiral. His Dillford 2200 Mobile Phone rings. He answers it.
Axel: Wazzup?
Joey: Hey man. You got the weapon?
Axel: Yeah man.
Joey: Okay. Now the locations of the Police Roadblocks have been uploaded to your GPS System. Use your GPS to track them down and take care of them. After you're done, drive to the Pay 'N' Spray next to the Forelli Mansion, which we own, so we will not charge you. There will be further instructions upon completion of both objectives.
Axel: Alright.
Axel turns off his Phone then goes back into the Black Admiral. He drives to the first location. He sees several black and white LSPD Police Cars and a few Motorbikes, as well as a LSPD SWAT Van. He gets out and fires a rocket which engulfs the whole Roadblock in flames. He gets back inside and tries to evade his many pursuers (He has a 2 star wanted level). He then drives to a Roadblock near Ammu-Nation, then goes up some metal stairs to the top of Ammu-Nation, then takes out a Chopper, then the entire Roadblock.
Several minutes later, after taking out all the Roadblocks, he has a 4 star wanted level. He drives to the Forelli's Pay 'N' Spray and resprays and repairs his vechile, free of charge. He then phones Joey.
Joey: Hey man, all good?
Axel: Yeah, I destroyed all the Roadblocks.
Joey: Good, good. Now, I need you to escort our vechile, a '94 Pony, which is located at Jefferson Motel, to a Warehouse at the Docks, then you take the drugs via Speeder to Ocean Docks, and deal the drugs, then get us the money. We have left a weapon behind Ammu-Nation, incase the Triads attempt an ambush.
Axel hangs up the Phone, then drives to Ammu-Nation, and goes around the back. He finds an AK-47. He picks it up. He then drives to Jefferson Motel, and escorts the Pony to the Downtown Docks. He then puts the drugs in a Speeder, and goes to Ocean Docks, accompanied by Forelli Member Leo. Leo is carrying an Uzi. He finds the Triads, and Leo is making the transaction. However, he sees a Triad Sniper, and remembers he has one last Rocket in his Rocket Launcher, so he fires it at the Sniper at a multi-storey Car Park, and the stone crushes the Triad. The Triads realise and get out their Macs, but Leo and Axel kill them with their Uzi and AK47. The Triad Boss flees into a Sentinel, but Axel aims at the valve on the Car, and shoots it with his AK47, so it explodes. He then picks up the suitcase, which contains $2,000,000. Axel phones Joey, who drives to pick them up. They drive to the Forelli Mansion, where Joey takes the suitcase.
Joey: Hey man, thanks for today. You were good bro.
Axel: Yeh. Hey, can you do a favour for me?
Joey: For you, anything.
Axel: My friend Joey Trapani is having a little bit of trouble with the Leone and Sindacco families. I was wondering if you could help him out.
Axel: Sure, I guess I owe you. Oh, and here is a little change for you.
Joey gives Axel $1,000. Joey then lets Axel stay in a spare guest room in the Mansion, so Axel stays in the Mansion. He then watches some Horse-racing, partakes in the Forelli daily activities e.g. Poker, and then goes to sleep. He also makes $25 from the Poker.
