He had heard of a notable guard who had wounded several Triads, and who was of Italian descent, pure-blooded, so he brought him into the Family as a Soldier.

Carmine Biancco walks into the casino, and he enters Ben Costello's office:
Carmine: Hey Boss. Ben: Yeah? Carmine: I think I'm going to accept that Primo offer.

Ben: Okay, that's fine. I've got some advice for you:
1. Never lose your temper. Always keep reasonable. Use the noble arts of negotiation and persuasion to your advantage.
2. ALWAYS listen to your Consigliere. Their advice is crucial. They are looking out for the Family's interests without any chance of interference, trouble, problems, conflicts etc.
3. As a Don, I've built up an empire not because everyone is in fear of me, I've built it up mainly on a level of respect. I've instilled self-confidence in my acquaintances. I've shown myself to be an understanding person who offers people the chances and opportunities they need. Be THAT person. Not a ruthless Don who shows no mercy and creates an empire out of lust and greed, but a Don who creates an empire out of the faith people have in him.
With that in mind, good luck. I'm sure you'll do well. Be sure to listen to Vincent. His word is law. And remember, if you need any help, a friendly chat, or whatever, don't hesitate in calling me or my close allies. We're here for you, open arms and all that.

Trey enters the casino and is greeted by the hostess.
Hostess: How may I help you, sir?
Trey: Would ya mind takin' me to the richest black-the-jack table in this joint?
Hostess: Of course, sir. Follow me.
She took him to the $1,000 blackjack table. It was the only gambling game he was good at. The dealer gave him two cards. Those were 9 and 2.
Trey: Umm...I say, hit.
Dealer gave him another card. It was 10. He had 21, or the blackjack.
Trey: I win, niggaz.
He kept playing blackjack until he felt tired. He earned $20,000 playing, and decided to travel back to Los Santos tomorrow. That was enough gambling, and it was time to turn to his gang.

Ben looks over to Carmine, having just finished his Phone call. He suddenly rises from his chair, diving at Carmine and knocking him down to the floor. Then he takes out a Glock 22 semi-automatic Pistol, pistolwhipping Biancco right in the jaw. As he coughs out blood, Ben attaches a silencer and shoots Carmine three times in the forehead, with a few bullets penetrating the chest.
Ben: Sorry Carmine, you HAD to go. You were good in the long run, but you're worthless now. Sorry amico, but it's just business.
Ben gets a few Costello Soldiers to dispose of the body. He sits there in his Office pondering on his recent kill, wondering who will replace Carmine.

Vincent Primo receives a call while he's on vacation in Sicily. It's his Consigliere from Las Venturas, Lou Stallansi, tells Don Primo about the situation with Carmine Biancco back in LV, and he rushes back to San Andreas in his private jet.

After a few months abroad on a business trip, Ben appears back in the state of San Andreas, emerging in the arrivals lounge at LV Airport where he spots his personal driver; he takes Ben into a four-door sedan, the two of them driving back to the Empire Casino, which is still operational. Ben lights a cigarette, lets some smoke out and sighs. "It's good to be home".

Ben is with his Consigliere, Paulie Russo in the Casino Office. They are counting the numerous wads of cash from their still ongoing dealings with the GMM. Ever since Ben started supplying JAYROMA to the LS-based outfit led by Robert "Rhyno" Rodriguez, they had been raking in an honest amount of cash from their profitable share. They also got a fine cut out of the Los Santos Drug Trade, Ben Costello having to let go of the San Fierro Drug Trade. Ben started talking to Paulie.
Ben: How's it looking?
Paulie: Oh? We're definitely gonna' make a fortune from our unlikely alliance with the Get Money Mafia, or GMM for short if you prefer. These illicit funds will definitely juice the books.
Ben: It's a dog-eat-dog world out there, Paulie. Survival of the fittest. You have to compete for a chance to emerge as the superior contender, you know?
Paulie: Yeah....Well, it's how I ended up working for you, isn't it?
Ben: Sure, put it that way. On that note, any other news apart from our thriving business relationship with the GMM?
Paulie: Well, I think it's time to get Toni Kostic out of LV. He isn't welcome here, neither are the others.
Ben: I'll have to agree with you. Those damned Serbs are bad for business. I'll send some of my best men to further examine the matter. What else is going on?
Paulie: Rhyno's son, Benny Blanco has been causing havoc for our interests in Florida.
Ben: I'll consult with Rhyno, maybe I'll give him a call. Not too sure at the moment, what with the way things are looking bright. Anything else, any more issues of deep concern?
Paulie: We need to reassert our influence. While we've layed low our rivals have been making a lot of moves and encroaching on our turf and interests. On our interests in Florida, too. Seems as if there are two outfits acting as opposition for the Cilli Cartel out in Vice, the Colon Cartel and the Vice Cartel Kings. They've been settling into our turf, taking what isn't rightfully theirs. Cilli is in a meeting with Thomas Colon, the head of the Colon Cartel. Some small-time pusher from Colombia who came over to Florida to make it big.
