The LSPD knew little on the origins of LCN. The gang is believed to be the latest Latino crime syndicate in Los Santos. It is believed that their numbers are growing and their influence is spreading. However, recent Intel on, "La Coka Nostra", has been uncovered. It would appear that this "familia" that members refer to as, was founded in early 2012 by notorious Liberty City ex-convict/druglord, Benjamin Blanco, better known as "Benny". Blanco allegedly formed the gang after making several "business friends" on the streets of the northern Chicano neighborhood upon his arrival to Los Santos. He is believed to have connections with reputed drug cartels from Vice City to Carcer City. Lower-ranked members of LCN are believed to be the drug dealers and suppliers dealing on LS street corners, in buildings and alleyways. Blanco is also believed to begin to create alliances with other imfamous LS street gangs, as muscule for his new drug operations on the northside of the city. Though the LSPD can't prove much of the information published in this file, the FBI has begun to work with the local police precincts of Los Santos to bring down the numbers of these new gangs in town, as a result of LCN's recent territory expansion.
