History - Nicholas Primo, cousin of the recently deceased Don Vincenzo Primo of Las Venturas, was born in 1949, in the Huntridge Park district of Las Vegas, Nevada. Nicholas' mother, Talia Primo, died giving birth to him. Since 1982, his father Aldo Primo, was notoriously successful in the racketeering business of Las Vegas. Growing up, Nicholas watched and observed his father's business methods and the way he made connections through simple persuasion. He began applying this new found knowledge of persuasion to everything he possibly could. Aldo Primo had his son become one of his enforcers at age 16. By age 19, Nicholas had become known in his neighborhood as "Nicky Wise", because of his wise choices in doing business, both legitimately and illegitimately. Though he may not have been much of a fighter himself, his business reputation and power to influence others made many of his fellow associates loyal to him. In 2003, Nicky formed his own sub-crew that would serve directly under his father, who had become one of the most powerful men in the state. By the time Nicky's father and cousin (Aldo & Vincenzo Primo), teamed up to establish the Kingdom Casino/Hotel in Las Vegas with their then-allies, the Costello Crime Family, Nicky was promoted within the family ranks from a feared enforcer to a respected underboss of the newly founded Las Vegas Primo family. As his crew handled all of his illegal activities in the streets, Nicky had his father pull several strings (and "whack" a couple of individuals) in order to get Nicky eligible to run for political office in the state of Nevada. In 2008, Nicholas Primo became the newly-elected Senator of Las Vegas County, becoming the first Primo to be directly involved in politics. With his new political advantage over the Galgisa Crime Family (the Primo Crime Family's crosstown rivals in Las Vegas), Nicky used his connections both on the streets and in city hall to keep all Primo operations in Las Vegas thriving. Several months later, the threat of the Galgisa family was wiped out with the help of several Costello Crime Family associates from Las Venturas. This was followed by a period of peace that lasted two years. This was until 2012, when the Costello & Trapani families united in an extremely bloody mob war against the highest-ranked members of the Primo family. This was due to the Primos gaining influence in various cities throughout the world. In a jealous rage, Don Ben Costello & Don Joseph Trapani plotted a massive mob hit that would go on to successfully take the lives of Don Vincenzo Primo in Las Venturas, Don Aldo Primo in Las Vegas, and Micheal Tabricio in San Fierro (the Consigliere for the SF Primo family). This quickly led to the rapid fall of the Primo Crime Family, as their influence in each of their cities began to decline. The Kingdom Casino/Hotel in Vegas was taken over by the Costellos while the Trapanis took control of nearly every other Primo-owned business. A few weeks after the massive hit was carried out by both the Costellos & the Trapanis, Nicky resigned from his position in office in Las Vegas with the goal of moving further out west to the state of San Andreas. Fearing that his new enemies would try to find him in Vegas, Nicky purchased a $20,000 villa in one of Las Venturas' richest areas. In the last year, Nicky was elected as the new Senator of Bone County, the poorest, most deserted county in all of San Andreas. Since the majority of citizens knew about Nicky's past dealings with the Primo Crime Family, he chose to remain fairly open about his connections with the Primos in his SA election campaign, unlike he did in his previous Vegas election. This made the people think he'd changed as both a person and a politician along with his infamously persuasive speeches. After winning the election for Bone County Senator, Nicky began purchasing small properties all over the county. The LVPD & FBI believe that he is using these properties as fronts for illegitimate Primo family activities. He recently opened a private bank account in Carcer City with rumors of him planning to open another casino/hotel, this time in Las Venturas... only time will tell what he will do next.
