Orlando Madison is just beginning to wake up from his 5-month coma after the Los Santos Outlawz unexpectedly attacked him on Temple Drive. The four bullets that were lodged in his chest have been removed but the bullet in his head couldn't be removed because it was too close to his brain. Orlando turns and looks out the window. He closes his eyes and just thinks to himself as he allows his memories to come back.

Several days later, Benny Blanco walks into Orlando's room with Junior & Ringo guarding the door outside. Benny walks up to Orlando who is laying on his bed, looking out the window:
Benny: I know you've seen better days, amigo.
Benny gives Orlando a handshake and grins.
