Physical Description - Ricky is not quite tall but that doesn't discourage him. He's clean shaven, and very clean.
Personality - Rick, can be the most friendly man you ever met, or he can be the worst enemy you've ever had. But, Ricky rarely uses brute force to negotiate and tends to befriend his enemies.
Background - Growing up on the streets of Liberty City is rough, even if your a tough guy. Ricky was offered a spot in the Leone Crime Family in 1987 for his superb driving skills, and accepted. When he was 21, he was then given the spot as made man, but declined this oppurtunity to head down to Vice City and get into the property buisness.
While in Vice, he bought his first property, which was the then Cincade Media Building, and made major money. After 5 years in Vice and over 8 major company deals, he decided it was time to head onto bigger horizons. He set his sights for Los Santos.
