History - Born and raised in Carcer City. Matthew grew up in the ghetto and always had to endure his abusive, alcoholic father who would come home drunk and beat him and his mother. At the age of ten his father died of liver disease and shortly after his mother fell into depression and died of a drug overdose.
After finding the corpse of his mother Matthew ran out onto the streets, stealing any food and money that came by.At thirteen he was found by the EZs, a small group of gangsters and pushers, he earned his bread through odd jobs, working between many gangs, he also earned the name of 'Ice' when he killed a rival gang member with a rusty icepick.
By thirty the ghettos were too small time for his ever growing ego and left for Los Santos.
