After buying his mansion for $2,000,000, Ben was hosting his dinner party. Many guests had come. They were all drinking vodkas. He was waiting for Joey.

B- Hey Joey. Thanks. Make yourself at home. There's enough girls for you and me. And try some vodka. I'll meet you later in my office so we can discuss business.

Ben receives a phone call. He takes Joey up to his office. Ben: Just got word from Rafael. Some guy who just realised that the Sindacco's were gone, that Tony fella in Vice, he wants to join your family.

Ben: Okay, I got some great news. Tony will be working for the Cartel now, and he will supply us with information regarding the Sindacco faction.

Ben: Okay, so now this Tony is a made man for you, and is the right hand man of Massimo Favazza, the vice head of the Cartel. Good, good.

Ben- The Sindacco's are now no longer a threat. I'd consider promoting Anthony Corrado to a higher position. Perhaps make him a Capodecima, and if he is very efficient, perhaps a Caporegime.
