Sam "BrimLow" Fisher finds a house for sale at address 1016 Richman's High. He purchases the house for $40,000. He stands looking at the house thinking what he could possibly do with it. The he has an epiphany, "I'LL TURN IT INTO A CRACK HOUSE!!!".

When ready to be opened the "1016 Richman's High" has:

First Floor
A large shoot-up room complete with TVs, sofas, and recliners
Another large shoot-up room with an Olympic sized pool and 5 surrounding Jacuzzis
A gourmet kitchen
20 Brims dressed in all black suits to stand as guards

Second Floor
6 bedrooms for "individual attention" given by "attendants" provided by the owner
3 large office rooms complete with mini-bars and lounge chairs
1 large conference room with large circular table and full bar
15 Brims dressed in all black suits to stand as guards

Basement
Massive drug lab that supplies the drugs for "1016 Richman's High"
Several rooms for the "attendants" that work at "1016 Richman's High"
20 Brims dressed their regular clothing to stand as guards

22 vans pulled up outside the house and unloaded the 20 people that were in each.

Mikey: You know what to do.

The LSB's took out their AK-47's and M4's and shot at the mansion.

15 men walked to the front of the army and blasted at the mansion.

OG Grand: Storm it!

The men ran into the building and shot any survivors. One pleaded to live.

He shot the man in the head and he dropped to the floor, dead. Mikey threw two grenades into basement and heard the screams of the 20 Brims. One tried to climb up the ladder, but Mikey shot him.

Mikey: Let's go.

They all walked out the house and back into the vans. Just as they started driving off, the house blew up. Not even the most powerful water could put it out. After just 10 minutes, the house burned to the ground.
