Sanchez went into the local estate agents and looked for a nice home for him and his wife. He walked up to the front desk and looked at the receptionist. "Hello," he said. "have you got any big houses?" "Well," said the receptionist. "I'll get you a seat with Mr Greem." "Thank you." said Sanchez. The man behind the desk jabbed at the phone buttons and put it to his ear. "Mr Greem?" the man asked. "Ahh. OK. Go to the elevator over there and his room is on floor six, office ten." "Thanks alot." said Sanchez.
He walked over to the elevator and pressed the "6" button. The doors shut and the elevator whizzed up. It finally stopped and the doors opened.
Sanchez walked along the rows of offices, looking for number ten. "Aha." he said to himself. "Here it is." He knocked on the wooden door and waited. "Come in!" called a voice.
Sanchez pushed open the door and he saw a man wearing a white shirt, black tie, black trousers and brown shoes. "You must be Mr Greem." said Sanchez. "I'm Sanchez." "Please, sit down." the man said. Sanchez sat on a comfy leather chair. "So, John told me you were looking for a big house?" said Mr Greem. "Yes." said Sanchez. "Well, I have a big mansion next to the hills but near civilisation." he said. "I'll take that one." said Sanchez. "OK." said Mr Greem. "It costs $5,000000." Sanchez ruffled around in his pocket and took out a wallet. He opened it and took out his card. Putting the wallet away, he put his card in the chip and pin and entered his pin number. "Right," said Mr Greem. "It's at 703 Orlando Terrace." And Greem gave Sanchez the keys. "Thanks." He got up, walked out the door and down the stairs.
Sanchez got into his car and drove of to his new home.
When he went in the house he was happy with what he saw.
Ground floor:
Jet black carpet in every room. (Except the Kitchen)
Large TV hung up in the Living Room.
Three black leather sofas. Also in the Living Room.
Wooden floor in the Kitchen.
Large fridge/freezer.
Long, stone counter.
Second floor:
Two person wooden bed in one bedroom.
One wooden wardrobe.
Ten bunk-beds in another room.
Soft, red carpet in all rooms. (Except the Bathroom)
Stone floor in Bathroom.
One jacuzzi bath.
One stone toilet.
One stone sink.
Garden (Back):
Built-in pool.
Two jaccuzis on either side of the pool.
One rattan table and chairs.
One tree to the left of the Garden.
Various flowers around the edges of the Garden.
Two rows of 15 stone tiles.
The rest of the Garden is grass.
"I love this house." Sanchez said. "This is where it begins."
