Sanchez walks into the ruins of a once great hotel. Sanchez: I should buy and rebuild this. Man: Why don't you? Sanchez turned and saw a old man wearing a white shirt, black trousers and black shoes. Man: I used to own this place. I loved it. Before I went bankrupt and it got demolished. Sanchez: How much for it? Man: $5,000. Sanchez consideres the offer and accepts it. Man: Nice doin' business. I'm John. But you can call me J. Sanchez: Right. He pulled out his phone and rang the local construction site and asked for the manager. Sanchez: Can I speak to the manager. Manager: Your speaking to him. Sanchez: Ahh... So, I was wondering if you could rebuild my hotel. Manager: I'll send some men over. Then he hung up. 20 minutes later, a van came down the road towards them. A man got out. Builder: I can rebuild this place in three days. Sanchez: Fine. And with that, Sanchez walked up to his limo and got in the back. Driver: Where to? Sanchez: Home.
Three days later.
Sanchez returned to see his hotel. He smiled. Sanchez: I'll put the stuff in later.
