1. Please make new topics when making a character or gang.
2. The San Fierro Rifa are already in the game. This is for making your own gang.
3. Please..try to be a bit more descriptive so I can understand more about gang.

I like, but could you please post it in a new thread, thanks, and your gonna need $7,000 to create a gang.
You can start off by giving your character as much money as you want (but make it reasonable), then you can make more money but working missions for people. The people can be NPC's.

An NPC is a Non-Playable Character. Basically someone who isnt controlled by you, or anyone else. NPC's can just be made by you at anytime. For example, in your role-play, Tommy and Ethan could be considered NPC's. You decide their fate. But theres also Canon NPC's which are people like C.J, Smoke, Tommy Vercetti, and the like. Their fates are decided by me. =D Muhahahaha.

so you can get money by doing jobs for NPC's? and is doing missions for NPC's Limited??? i read all da rules but i dont think this question is in there
