Nicky Primo's underboss, Charles Tabricio, better known as "Chip The Trigger", approaches Nicky with a proposition. He asks Nicky provide him with $175,000 to buy the motel from Mancini family associate, Al Bonetti. Chip claims that it could be turned into a great profit from the brothel they could run out of the joint. Nicky supports Chip's business proposal. Chip Tabricio purchases the motel from Al Bonetti and the Primo Family now gets a cut of all of the profits.

Joseph Clemente pulls into the motel's parking lot the place seems pretty busy Charles Tabricio is in the front office talking to some possible clients, Joseph turns his car off and gets out he walks to the office and heads inside Charles seems stressed he send the people off to talk to Joseph he tells him to take a seat and he walks behind his desk.
