Luis Herrera and 3 other MS-13 OG's walked around East Los Santos. They each grabbed several people off the street and told them to join MS-13. Luis recruted 20 people, OG Ballin' recruted 10 people, OG GunShot recruted 15 people and OG Shooter recruted 30 people. They now have 175 gang members.
