Rhyno Rodriguez is celebrating the opening of his new casino in his office with all of his other GMM OG's, OG Chino, OG Pepe, OG Blackheart, OG Santana, and OG Loco (OG Kay-J is on tour in South Africa):

I''ll edit it so that instead of expanding my turf, i'll just have some businesses here. And the only reason why i expanded into Blackfield is because nobody occupies it, and nobody posts there.

Rhyno Rodriguez walks into the Casino with Pepe Castillo & Loco Lopez at his side. They're all dressed in tuxedos for tonight's big political charity ball:
R: It's good to be back!
P: Hey boss, how about we hit the slots first?
L: Slots? Fuck that, how about we hit the dance floor first?
R: (Rhyno then sees Governor Michele Navarra, Governor of San Andreas, drinking at the mini bar) You guys can do what you want tonight. I'm gonna have a drink. (Rhyno makes his way to the mini bar) How you doing Michele?
Governor: R... Rhy... Rhyno... Rodriguez? I thought you were in prison?
R: I got released early on good behavior... (Rhyno then busts out laughing)
Governor: ...What do you want this time Rhyno? I've already helped you build this casino without the LVPD getting on your back.
R: Well, I need something else... I need you to have the LSPD calm down on their search for me. Right now I'm out of their juristiction, but I can't return to my mansion in Los Santos with them looking for me.
Governor: If I do, what's in it for me?
R: I'm gonna be opening a new nightclub soon. If you do me this favor, I'll see to it that you get 15% of the profits. Deal?
Governor: Hmm... deal. (They shake hands)
R: Great. Enjoy the party Governor. (Rhyno then walks away)

Toni walks into Cash Money Casino and looks around. Well, all casinos were same to him. It was just important to gamble, and win money. Toni played Texas Hold'Em Poker, and won $5,000 there, and then played Blackjack. He had 5 and 10 in his hand. 15. Good hand, but Toni decided to risk.
Toni: Hit me!
The dealer slid him a card. It was a 5, so 20. A great hand, so Toni stood, and won. He kept playing, with his funds going up and down. Finally he stopped playing when his winnings were about $25,000. Great amount of cash. Toni went to the bar, and had a drink. The bartender was a pretty and sexy girl.
Toni: Give me a scotch on the rocks, and...
Toni gave a bill to the girl.
Toni: ...here is a little something for your pretty eyes.
Bartender poured Toni the drink.
Girl: You have a nice accent...I'm Jessica.
Toni: I'm Anton. Toni, Toni Kostic. Now, how about you do me a favor, and give me the number which, after being dialed, makes your telephone ring.
Jessica gave him her phone number, and Toni gave her his visiting card.
Toni: Listen, I've got to go. Maybe we could go out sometimes?
Jessica smiled.
Jessica: Call me.
Toni winked and left.

The casino files for bankruptcy several months after the death of Rhyno Rodriguez due since the GMM can no longer afford to protect the building like they used to. The property is then shut down by the LVPD.
