Don Ben Costello, of the Costello Crime Family was in his personal car, a black Admiral. He was escorted by his Personal Chauffeur, a Costello Soldier called Paolo Milone, whose older brother Thomas Milone was a Family Associate, but who owned a Towing Service, 'Milone Towing Unlimited'. He was escorted into the building after being frisked by GloMo guards, with a Snub-nose gun being confiscated by the guards. He had gotten a few of the Picciottos i.e. lower-ranking Soldiers/Enforcers of the Costello Crime Family to act as Snipers, taking various vantage points in old abandoned Motels in Blackfield that were used regularly for Narcotics operations. Ben was friendly with the Racket Bosses there, and he was allowed to use the Motels as vantage points for the meeting. He was led to the meeting room, in the Hotel Ballroom. Inside was Vincent Primo and his younger brother, Toni Primo.

V: Molto bene (Very good).
Cousin Aldo then walks in:
V: This is my cousin Aldo Primo. But you can call him Big Al. He's the Don Primo of Las Vegas. He's also been helping us set up the new casino. A: It's an honor to meet you Don Costello. B: Likewise. V: And I believe you've met my younger brother Toni. The Don Primo of San Fierro. B: Yes, we've met. How have ya been? T: How are you doing Don Costello? B: Not bad. Now Vinnie, when is this meeting going to take place? V: Very soon. We're just waiting for Don Leone and Don Galgisa.
They all then wait.

Finally, Don Salvatore Leone arrives. As he enters the room, he shakes Don Costello's hand. But he then gives Vincent an uneasy look:
S: Don Primo. V: Don Leone. I've called for this meeting to include you because, I want to put our differences in the past. S: You were a made man in my family. You tried to kill me with your brother here, and then when you failed, you both ran off like cowards to Las Venturas! B: Calm down Salvatore. (Salvatore calms down) V: Now, I know how you're feeling Salvatore. But let's not forget what you did to me. (Vincent then points to the scar on his face) you ordered your men to give me this scar after you had them torture me! And you spat in my fuckin face! (Vincent then relaxes) But that's in the past. And I'm willing to leave it behind and start a friendship/alliance with you if you're willing to. S: But you also ordered to have my cousin, Vito Leone; a made man in my family murdered. V: This is because he insulted the mother of my top capo, Charlie Nelson. S: Well... Fine. Let today be the dawn of a new era of peace between our families. V: Thank you Don Leone. Now, Let us wait for Don Galgisa. (They all then continue to sit and wait)

Don Emilio Galgisa walks into the room several minutes later, and hugs Don Leone and shakes Don Costello's hand. Him and Vincent Primo look at each other uneasily:
E: Primo... It's always a pleasure. V: Likewise Galgisa. (They shake each other's hand) Now, I called this meeting becuase I wanted to end this war between our families. E: No... You called this meeting so you can ask me not to send my button men down to your little casino out in Vegas. Out of respect to Don Costello I won't. But I don't respect you at all. V: Emilio, please. We've been at war for years now. We've both lost many friends because of this. So I'm asking you, can we be allies out in Las Vegas? E: ...I guess there is no harm in sharing that town. (Don Primo & Don Galgisa hug each other, and Las Vegas is now split between their two families. Everybody then leaves.)

V: Well this wiseguy, Dominic Gambrini, keeps trying to muscle in on my brother's operations in San Fierro. He and his crew from Vice City have to disappear by midnight, tonight. He's starting to threaten my brother's life. I've called a hit out on Dominic, for $100,000. You can find him and his crew hanging out in the Ocean Docks. Can you help me?
