One of Don Vincent Primo's capos, Charlie "No Good" Nelson, has been sent to take out Vito Leone, a made man in the Leone Crime Family in Liberty City. Charlie has brought one of his soldiers, Johnny Delminna, with him. They both enter the club that Vito is in. Charlie walks upto Vito as Johnny walks up behind Vito. Vito spots Charlie and heads outside to the back of the club for a cigarette:
C: What the hell do you think your doing here Vito? You know that the Primos don't want the Leones setting foot in Las Venturas.
V: (Vito laughs) Go fuck yourself Charlie!!! The Leones run this town. Maybe you should go back to Vegas, and take that slut of a mother with you!
C: (Charlie punches Vito in the face as Johnny chokes Vito with a wire from behind. Vito passes out. Charlie then pulls out his silenced 9mm pistol and shoots Vito five times.) Let's get this fuck to the docks. He's gonna be sleeping with the fishes tonight.
