All of the Skull Mob OG's drive up in their black SUV's and enter the Northside Motel. They each bring two of their armed soldiers with them. As the OG's proceed to the secret room on the fith floor, their soldiers all wait in the main lobby. These OG's include, O.G. Cash, O.G. Hardcore, O.G. Bulletproof, O.G. Rambo, and O.G. Jay. They all enter the room and see the head OG/Founder of Skull Mob, Chaos Madison:

Chaos: Welcome my fellow skull heads. (All of the OG's give each other a pound and sit down) Now, I've called for this meeting because we have some important things to settle since we're a new up and coming gang in San Andreas.
Cash: Father Chaos...
Chaos: What is it brother Cash?
Cash: We've all been wondering, what is it we're gonna do first in San Fierro?
Chaos: Well, first we have to get our rep up.
Rambo: How do we do that?
Chaos: By laying out graffiti tags all over, making allies, and of course... blasting some of our enemies. (All of the OG's start grinning in agreement) Then, we have to focus on making our money. Our treasurer will be in charge of all of the gang's profits.
Cash: That's me, right?
Hardcore: No... I'm the gang's treasurer.
Chaos: That's right. Cash your already the gang's vice president. That should be enough for now.
Cash: Your right boss.
Chaos: Now, the final and most important thing we have to settle on after we establish ourselves and start making money is... our turf.
Jay: What areas do we control right now boss?
Chaos: Right now, we only control Calton Heights. However, pretty soon we're gonna start expanding into other areas in San Fierro.
Rambo: What about Los Santos and Las Venturas?
Chaos: The mafia controls Las Venturas, and there are to many other street gangs fighting for power in Los Santos. We're gonna try our best to keep our business in San Fierro. But remember, we're allied with one of the Los Santos gangs, the Los Santos Vagos. Does anybody have any questions? (All of the OG's say that they agree with Chaos) So it's settled. This meeting is over.

Chaos Madison calls all of his Skull Mob OG's and tells them all to meet him at Gay Tony's new San Fierro nightclub, Caesar's Palace. Tonight, they're celebrating.

John Lupino had heard rumors that OG Cash and OG Rambo were enjoying the company of some favorable "girls" at the Northside Motel. After the botched hit on Luigi Gambino, Don Costello believed that it was in their right to openly attack the Skull Mob. Besides, it was simply "business". John, recently promoted, now a high-ranking foot soldier was running his own Faction comprised of the Family Associates, a sub-crew if you will. The Associates, all armed for battle, sneaked into the Motel, taking out many Skull Mob gangsters. A few more planted Satchel Charges around the area. All of the Associates drove off in Vans, and detonated the charges, destroying the Northside Motel and killing both OG Rambo and OG Cash. They fled the scene before Law Enforcement and Skull Mob members could get them, retreating to safety in unmarked Costello Safehouses, all with disclosed locations.

Costello Made Man John Lupino "forces" the investors there to allow him to gain the insurance money, which he uses to rebuild the Northside Motel. It is now a base of operations for the Costello Crime Family San Fierro branch, and has more guards, with a few snipers on duty to look out for suspicious people, some in private Motel rooms, others in vantage point near the Motel.
