History- Carmine Biancco was born in Carcer City, 1973, to Dominic Biancco & Melissa Corata after they immigrated there from Sicily. Carmine was raised in the tough hispanic neighborhood of Athenville, where many of the local inhabitants were racist against anyone who wasn't of hispanic descent. When they had nobody else to turn to, the local Italian immigrants of the area turned to Carmine's father, Dominic. Dominic gathered up the local Italians & together, they fought to defend their neighborhood from any threat. With Dominic's leadership, many of the racsist hispanics were chased out of Athenville. This was interfering with the local hispaic drug lord's business however. The drug lord has Dominic killed in 1985, when Carmine was just 12. The drug lord was afraid that Carmine would take his revenge once he grew up, so he called a hit out on Carmine & the rest of his family. Carmine's mother, Melissa was stabbed to death one night after coming home, from work. Carmine had nobody to turn to & nowhere to go. There was a price on his head in Carcer City for $500,000. Carmine was forced to runaway, and never comeback. He broke into an old rusty black pickup truck, & he hotwired the car. He then took off, until the car ran out of gas. He soon reached the city of Las Venturas. He soon started getting his name known, by becoming a feared hit man for various "employers". To this day, he's still looking for an opportunity to become wealthy. After earning Don Ben Costello's trust, by whacking a rival, Carmine has been offered a spot in the Costello Crime Family as a soldier. He is currently a button man under Capo, Alfredo Costello, living in a safehouse out in San Fierro. Recently, after Alfredo Costello was promoted to Street Boss, Carmine has been promoted to the rank of Capo, under Alfredo. Carmine has also recntly opened up a new horse racing track out in Bayside. He's been making millions ever since. He also now has a few Costello soldiers from San Fierro in his crew.
