The year is 2015 and the world is in chaos. A Russian terrorist organization known as Narodnaya Volya has threatened to detonate a nuclear device somewhere in the world. They have murdered innocent women, men and children. The first organizations to hear about this where the NSA, CIA and FBI. They teamed up and fought against the threat. But it didn't turn out well. The first and last trip by them was to Moscow, but they got slaughtered by the terrorists. So the other organizations came together and have started fighting them.
