Boris Petrov is, as usual, trying to pose as an honest citizen. So, here he was, managing the pawn shop in the absence of his long-time friend and boss, Marcus Oxendine. He had just dealt with a customer who traded a fine gold rolex for some green. He was just about to go out back and have a smoke when he received a phone call.
Boris: What? Unknown: Hey, boss. We have a problem. One of our clients won't pay his dues. Boris: WHAT!? How dare they? I'll handle this. Unknown: Yeah, so he's at some apartment block down at East LS. No gang allegiances, looks like he's some small-time pusher in business for himself; this guy trying to fund his own drug operation, some crazy sh*t like that, y'know? Boris: Yeah, I know. We'll keep in touch.
After finding out the details, Boris gets into his Huntley and heads off to the apartment block. He is fully stocked on weaponry, with a combat knife just in case there's a need for close-range combat. Even though Boris was a proficient black belt in karate, he still needed to be prepared, for there was always going to be someone better than him.
Boris pulled up in his suv and went round the back, lockpicking the door and taking the lift to his desired floor. He went to the apartment door of the pusher and knocked. The door unlocked. He entered the apartment. Suddenly he saw the glimmer of silver and instantly ducked, narrowly avoiding a brutal slashing by a machete. He quickly lashed out, connecting with his assailant's kneecaps, watching as the brutish thug fell down hard onto the floor. He quickly subdued the small-time pusher and interrogated him.
Boris: I hope you value your life more than your wealth. Where's the cash? Pusher: In my sock drawer. Boris: Child's play.
Boris quickly shot the pusher square in the head with a silenced, compact pistol; he took an envelope stuffed full of endless wads of cash, made a run for it and left the apartment block. He hightailed it out of there in his Huntley.
